Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Safety, Health, and Environment (SH&E) Manager to support a segment of its Environment Business Line across the United States. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Public Health, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Professional certification as CSP or CIH.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support for SH&E initiatives across regions and teams.
• Evaluate safety performance at project sites including construction and remediation.
• Identify practical, sustainable solutions for SH&E challenges.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action follow-up.
• Review project safety plans, training, audits, and security programs.
• Recommend policy improvements to enhance safety performance.
