You will guide safety programs, train staff, and ensure compliance across multiple project sites. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in OH&S and 8+ years in SH&E, with CSP or CIH certification and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Power Automate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in OH&S or related field with 8+ years in SH&E.
• CSP or CIH certification required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to motivate others and influence safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible safety leadership across the region.
• Monitor safety programs at diverse worksites.
• Identify feasible solutions to safety, health, and environmental issues.
• Lead incident management and verify corrective actions.
• Review safety plans, training, audits, and related programs.
• Recommend policy changes affecting regional operations.
