Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years of related experience with 2+ years in leadership.
• Valid US driver's license required.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive safety, health, and environmental programs for large-scale projects.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, local safety requirements, and project-specific safety protocols.
• Lead safety training programs for employees, contractors, and subcontractors to promote a culture of safety awareness and compliance.
• Investigate accidents, near-misses, and safety incidents, preparing detailed reports and recommending preventive measures.
• Manage and mentor a team of safety professionals, delegating responsibilities and ensuring consistent application of safety standards across all project sites.
• Develop and maintain safety documentation, including policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
