AECOM is seeking a responsive SH&E Manager to lead Safety, Health & Environment efforts for the East Region. Hybrid role with 25–35% travel, based in an AECOM office or remote in the East.

You will develop and monitor safety programs, train staff, and drive performance across multiple sites in civil, building, and environmental projects across the United States. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in a relevant field and CSP/CIH certification, with 8+ years of SH&E leadership and strong data

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in SH&E or related field with 8+ years of SH&E experience.
• CSP or CIH certification.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to motivate and lead teams and influence safety culture.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience with data management and analytics platforms such as Power BI or Power Automate.

Responsabilidades

• Provide regional safety leadership and support for safety programs.
• Monitor safety programs at diverse sites (civil/building/environmental).
• Identify actionable and feasible safety, health, and environmental solutions.
• Lead incident management and validate corrective actions.
• Review safety plans, training, audits, and supporting programs.
• Recommend policy changes for regional operations.
• Train and coach employees across organization levels.
• Assist operations in meeting safety performance targets.
• Conduct safety trainings and lead meetings and groups.
