Job summary

AECOM is seeking a responsive SH&E Manager to lead Safety, Health & Environment efforts for part of the East Region. The role requires coordinating with a regional team of SH&E professionals and delivering safe, healthy work environments across diverse sites.

The position is hybrid with 25–35% travel and can be based in multiple East Region offices. A Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of SH&E experience and CSP or CIH certification are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in OH&S, Industrial Hygiene, Public Health, Engineering or related field with 8+ years of relevant SH&E experience.
• CSP or CIH certification required.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible, active SH&E support across the East Region.
• Lead incident management and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Review site safety plans, training, audits and safety programs.
• Train and coach employees at all levels and drive safety performance targets.
• Travel 25–35% as needed; coordinate with dispersed teams.
