Job summary

Beacon Account Services is hiring the first Settlement Solution Specialists to help people resolve past-due accounts. You will contact individuals, understand what they can realistically afford, and guide them to one of the approved resolution plans with a trusted, one-on-one approach.

This is a remote, full-time role focused on conversation, enrollment, and setting up autopay to ensure plans stay in place. Base pay is $25/hr with a commission incentive, building a team as it grows.

Qualifications

• Two or more years closing on the phone in a consultative role.

Responsibilities

• Call people with past-due accounts and earn the thirty seconds it takes to be heard.
• Establish honestly what the person can afford before presenting anything, working through income and expenses.
• Present the approved resolution options clearly and make the case that a plan beats leaving the account as is.
• Handle questions about who we are, why we are calling, and what happens to their account.
• Close enrollment and take the first payment on the call where possible.
• Set up autopay on a schedule matched to the person's pay dates.
