Beacon Account Services is hiring Dedicated Account Specialists to own the relationship with people on resolution plans. This single-point-of-contact role expects you to manage roughly 200 accounts from start to finish and be the named contact your clients reach.
You will monitor plans for missed payments, diagnose changes, and restructure plans within approved policy to keep the program on track. The position is full-time and remote across the US.
Beacon Account Services helps people resolve past-due accounts and move forward. When an account falls behind, we work with the person to find a realistic way through it: a payment plan or a settlement that fits their actual budget, set up with a real person who stays with them until it is resolved. We treat every person with dignity and patience, and we believe that behind every account is a person. We work with people, not against them.
Beacon Account Services is hiring Dedicated Account Specialists to own the relationship with people who have started a resolution plan. This is a single-point-of-contact role: the people on your book get you, by name, every time they call, from the day their plan starts until the day it is finished. You will carry roughly 200 accounts, and you will know them.
The job is to keep plans alive. Most plans do not fail because someone changed their mind; they fail because something happened in a particular month and nobody caught it. You are the person who catches it, calls the same day, works out what changed, and finds a way to keep the plan on its feet.
