Job summary

Firstsource Advantage is seeking an Account Representative (Collections) for a full-time role. You will work with customers to resolve balances and identify payment solutions that fit their circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding account balances and payment options
• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and respectful manner
• Negotiate payment arrangements and assist customers in finding workable solutions
• Maintain accurate account documentation and records
• Follow all company policies as well as applicable federal and state regulations
• Meet performance goals related to quality, productivity, and customer service
