Job summary

Beacon Account Services is hiring Dedicated Account Specialists to own the relationship with people on resolution plans. This single-point-of-contact role expects you to manage roughly 200 accounts from start to finish and be the named contact your clients reach.

You will monitor plans for missed payments, diagnose changes, and restructure plans within approved policy to keep the program on track. The position is full-time and remote across the US.

Qualifications

• Two or more years owning a named book of accounts or clients, measured on book stability.
• Background in default servicing, loss mitigation, loan servicing, or account management in consumer finance.
• Demonstrated follow-through over months, on cases that do not resolve in a single call.
• Working knowledge of FDCPA and Reg F, with documentation habits to match.
• Ability to pass a background check and to be licensed where required.
• Willing to be registered as a collection under state licenses where required.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of roughly 200 accounts on active resolution plans, start to finish.
• Be the named contact your clients reach, and return every call and message yourself.
• Watch for missed and at-risk payments, and reach out the day something slips.
• Diagnose what changed and restructure the plan inside approved policy where needed.
• Keep clients informed on where they stand, what they have paid, and what remains.
• Manage your own queue and priorities without a dial list being handed to you.
• Maintain documentation to audit-ready standards.
• Work strictly inside FDCPA, Reg F, and state contact requirements.
