Job summary

Beacon Account Services is hiring Dedicated Account Specialists to own the relationship with clients on resolution plans. You will be the single point of contact, managing ~200 accounts from start to finish, calling and messaging yourself, and ensuring plans stay alive.

You will monitor for missed payments, diagnose changes, and adjust plans within policy while maintaining transparent client updates and strict adherence to FDCPA, Reg F, and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years owning a named book of accounts or clients.
• Background in default servicing or consumer finance.
• Proven follow-through over months on cases not resolved in a single call.
• Strong organization and self-direction.
• Patience and steadiness with people in difficulty.
• Knowledge of FDCPA and Reg F; proper documentation habits.
• Ability to pass a background check and to be licensed in states requiring it.
• Willingness to be registered as collection under state licenses where required. Beacon will handle filings and costs.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of roughly 200 accounts on active resolution plans, start to finish.
• Be the named contact your clients reach, and return every call and message yourself.
• Watch your book for missed and at-risk payments, and reach out the day something slips.
• Diagnose what changed and restructure the plan inside approved policy where warranted.
• Keep clients informed on payments made and remaining balances.
• Manage your own queue and priorities without a preset dial list.
• Maintain documentation to audit-ready standards.
• Work strictly inside FDCPA, Reg F, and state requirements on every contact.
