State Collection Service is seeking Remote Collection Specialists to join our fast-growing team. You will handle outbound and inbound calls to collect payments for medical and non-medical accounts, while adhering to applicable laws.

The role supports a flexible schedule, including evenings and some Saturdays, with comprehensive benefits and a defined pay plan. The position offers hourly pay starting at $16.00, with bilingual pay at $18.00 and a $500 monthly bonus for the first 90 days, plus

• 1+ years’ experience in collections, call center or customer service.
• Accurate data entry in company/client systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking.
• Customer-service focused and deliverables oriented.
• Flexible scheduling including evenings and Saturdays.
• Team-based collaboration.
