TopDog Law is a fully remote, nationally scaling firm focused on personal injury. We are seeking a Settlement Supervisor to lead the settlement team, ensure accurate disbursements and closing statements, and collaborate with attorneys, finance, and operations to maximize client satisfaction and profitability.

The role demands 3–5+ years in legal settlements with supervisory experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a proactive, fast-moving mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in legal settlements, personal injury, or litigation support.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lien resolution, settlement statements, and case funding.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily settlement operations and manage team workloads.
• Ensure settlement packets, disbursements, liens, and closing statements are accurate and timely.
• Monitor case progression from resolution through final payout; enforce firm policies and standards.
• Coach, train, and develop settlement staff through performance management.
• Track KPIs and report trends and opportunities to leadership.
