The ideal candidate will be a certified ServiceTitan user with a strong background in project management and exceptional training skills to facilitate effective system use.

Qualifications

• Certified ServiceTitan practitioner with deep technical knowledge.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on ServiceTitan implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ServiceTitan implementation for new partner businesses.
• Build and maintain standardized pricebook templates.
• Create comprehensive workflow documentation for ServiceTitan.
• Develop implementation guides for ServiceTitan products.
• Continuously optimize the implementation process.
