ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead the Enterprise Implementation Services team delivering large-scale SaaS deployments for lawn and pest clients.

You will oversee three Enterprise Implementation Consultants, guiding 4–6 projects each from initiation through close, maintaining executive-level client relationships and ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes. Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience leading teams, managing client relationships and SaaS implementations.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of three EICs, each handling 4–6 projects from start to close.
• Partner with EICs to complete each phase efficiently and on time.
• Conduct weekly status meetings with client stakeholders and executives.
• Manage client escalations and communicate proposed solutions.
• Foster a collaborative culture and coordinate with sales, data, training, product teams.
• Advise senior leadership on long-term strategies for client success.
• Hold weekly one-on-ones with each EIC for coaching and development.
• Stay current on FieldRoutes functionality and industry best practices.
• Travel to client sites 20–30% as required.
