ServiceTitan is hiring a Delivery Manager to lead a team of Enterprise Implementation Consultants, guiding 4–6 projects per EIC and maintaining weekly client engagement. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver implementations that drive measurable client outcomes.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, stakeholder management, and career development for team members, with regular travel to client sites and deep knowledge of our platform workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience including team management and client relationships.
• Proven detail‑oriented with multiple projects.
• Ability to anticipate obstacles and address roadblocks.
• Strong relationship‑building and customer experience focus.
• Collaborative team player who helps others in the organization.
• Knowledge of SmartSheet is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Implementation Consultants (EICs) across multiple projects.
• Ensure each project phase is completed efficiently, on time, and to client satisfaction.
• Conduct weekly status meetings with client stakeholders and executives.
• Handle client escalations with clear, proactive solutions.
• Foster collaboration across cross‑functional teams (sales, data, training, product).
• Partner with senior leadership on long‑term strategy and client sentiment.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development for EICs.
• Stay current on FieldRoutes functionality and industry best practices.
• Occasionally travel to client sites (20–30%).
