Our client is a growing, multi-location field services organization seeking a ServiceTitan Implementation & Process Manager to lead a new platform rollout across its Southeast operations.
This person will own the implementation process, configure the system around business needs, and establish consistent operating procedures across multiple locations. The role will support employees through system testing, training, launch, and ongoing use while serving as the organization’s primary internal ServiceTitan resource.
This is a hands-on position for someone who already understands ServiceTitan and can contribute with limited training. The role will initially operate as an individual contributor, with the opportunity to build and lead a small team as the organization expands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead ServiceTitan implementations across multiple operating locations, from initial requirements through launch and post-launch support.
- Translate operational needs into effective system configurations and workflows.
- Establish consistent procedures for customer setup, scheduling, dispatch, inventory, work orders, internal handoffs, and billing.
- Coordinate system testing, location readiness, user training, issue resolution, and launch activities.
- Create SOPs, training resources, and implementation guides that can be reused across current and future locations.
- Serve as the primary internal resource for ServiceTitan administration, configuration updates, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
- Monitor platform usage, data accuracy, and user adoption while identifying opportunities to improve performance.
- Partner with operations, sales, finance, and leadership to ensure ServiceTitan supports daily operations and business reporting needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least five years of experience in software implementation, business operations, systems management, or process improvement.
- Direct experience implementing, configuring, and administering ServiceTitan.
- Experience managing software implementations through planning, configuration, testing, training, launch, and continued support.
- Background within field services, skilled trades, or a comparable service-based industry.
- Experience creating SOPs and introducing consistent processes across multiple teams or locations.
- Ability to train and support field employees, office staff, and operational leaders.
- Strong project management, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
