Ladders is seeking a Remote Services Portfolio Program Manager to join a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. You will guide a portfolio of service and project initiatives that support customer value, delivery performance, and strategic growth across a complex industrial environment.

The role partners closely with Sales, Services Management, and other stakeholders to align expectations, manage risk, and ensure successful execution in a challenging, fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or related).
• 8+ years in a project or program leadership role.
• Experience with US Federal Government projects, contracts, and procedures.
• Strong understanding of service business functions including project setup and billing.
• Familiarity with Digital Twin software or manufacturing control systems preferred.

• Develop service strategy and pricing plans to maximize customer value.
• Lead a portfolio of projects to achieve strategic business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales and Services Management to align stakeholder expectations.

For our client, we are seeking a Remote Services Portfolio Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will guide a portfolio of service and project initiatives that support customer value, delivery performance, and strategic growth across a complex industrial environment. The position partners closely with Sales, Services Management, and other stakeholders to align expectations, manage risk, and ensure successful execution. The ideal candidate will bring strong program leadership experience, along with an understanding of service operations, project controls, and government-related requirements.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $167,200 – $188,000 annually

Responsibilities
