Ladders is seeking a Sr. Director, Project Management to lead a broad portfolio of complex client projects across North America in the manufacturing & automotive space.

The role emphasizes disciplined execution, governance, and delivery while partnering with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You will also build and mentor a team of senior project leaders, strengthening delivery capability and guiding strategic decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in project management and delivery leadership.
• 5+ years leading a team of senior project leaders.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
• Proven success in managing large, complex project portfolios.
• Strong command of PMI standards and project financials.
• Executive-level leadership and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of client projects across North America.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Drive accountability across project leadership for scope and risk management.
• Directly manage and support a team of senior delivery professionals.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Director, Project Management to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This leader will oversee a broad portfolio of complex project work across North America, ensuring disciplined execution, strong governance, and consistent delivery outcomes.

The role is centered on driving accountability for scope, risk, schedule, and budget while partnering closely with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will also lead and develop a team of senior project leaders, strengthening delivery capability and supporting strategic decision‑making.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually
