Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Manager, Commercial Excellence-Installation Programs to join our team in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. The role focuses on driving commercial and financial performance across installation-related programs, optimizing budgets, protecting margins, and ensuring timely execution.

You will partner with operations, procurement and leadership to improve governance, strengthen contract outcomes and align milestones with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years in related roles, including at least 3 years in management.
  • Experience in commercial management, procurement, finance, or related disciplines, with leadership of cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record in negotiating and managing large-scale Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and complex contracts.
  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in pricing strategies and financial forecasting.
  • Deep understanding of contractual risk management and compliance requirements.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and contract lifecycle management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial optimization initiatives for the installation budget portfolio, focusing on cost reduction and schedule acceleration.
  • Implement financial protection mechanisms to mitigate risks from inflation and market shifts.
  • Establish budget baselines, monitor variances, and drive corrective measures to maintain profitability.
  • Negotiate and maximize contract incentives and performance bonuses.
  • Define and report on key performance indicators and compliance metrics.
  • Ensure operational milestones are met before contractual obligations are approved.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance governance and program performance.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Commercial Excellence-Installation Programs to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will drive commercial and financial performance across installation-related programs, with a focus on optimizing budgets, protecting margins, and supporting timely execution. The manager will partner closely with cross-functional teams to improve governance, strengthen contract outcomes, and keep program milestones aligned with business objectives. Success in this position will require a blend of financial rigor, commercial judgment, and hands‑on collaboration across operations, procurement, and leadership teams.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 – $171,600 annually
