For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Operations Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will lead high-complexity operational projects from planning through completion, ensuring cross-functional teams stay aligned on scope, schedule, quality, and cost. The position will partner closely with customers and internal stakeholders to translate business objectives into clear milestones and disciplined execution. Success in this role will come from driving accountability, guiding project managers, and delivering outcomes that support both operational performance and customer needs.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $126,100 – $227,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Experience working within established operating policies and a structured organizational culture
