Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a ServiceNow SAM Developer to build and integrate SBOM solutions for SBOM data collection, processing, normalization, and reporting. The role includes creating integrations across GitLab, JFrog Artifactory, and ServiceNow SAM, aligning SBOM data with licensing and inventory sources to support compliance and risk identification.

Remote contract position with W2/corp-to-corp options.

Qualifications

5+ years in ServiceNow development/configuration, SAM, or related work.
Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow SAM solutions.
Understanding of SBOMs and software component management.
Experience with APIs, integrations, workflows, scripts, automation, and data processing.
Experience with Jira and Agile development practices.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, implement, and support SBOM data collection, processing, validation, normalization, enrichment, integration, and reporting.
Translate business requirements into technical requirements, user stories, and development tasks.
Develop integrations between GitLab, JFrog Artifactory, ServiceNow SAM, Flexera, and other systems.
Normalize software components and associate with applications and records.
Correlate SBOM data with license, entitlement, and inventory data to support compliance and risk identification.
Support SBOM formats (CycloneDX, SPDX) and standards (CVE, CPE, PURL).
Develop reporting, dashboards, and data-quality monitoring for SBOM processes.
Troubleshoot integration and data-quality issues.
