Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a ServiceNow SAM Developer to build SBOM integrations and SBOM program capabilities. The role focuses on collecting, normalizing, enriching, and reporting SBOM data across toolchains such as GitLab and JFrog Artifactory.

You will ensure SBOM data aligns with licensing, entitlement, and inventory sources to support compliance and risk identification. The position is remote with a contract engagement, offering a range of tasks from development to reporting, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ServiceNow development/configuration and SAM solutions.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and scripting.
• Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with SBOM concepts and licensing data.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, implement, and support SBOM data collection, processing, normalization, enrichment, integration, and reporting.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements, user stories, and development tasks.
• Develop integrations between GitLab, JFrog Artifactory, ServiceNow SAM, Flexera, Technopedia/DejaCode, and other systems.
• Identify and normalize software components and associate them with applications and software records.
• Correlate SBOM data with license, entitlement, and inventory data to support compliance and risk identification.
• Support CycloneDX and SPDX formats and related standards (CVE, CPE, PURL).
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data-quality monitoring for SBOM processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data-quality issues.
• Maintain ServiceNow SAM and SBOM module configurations following best practices.
