Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a ServiceNow SAM Developer to build SBOM integrations and enhance data collection, normalization, and reporting across toolchains including GitLab and JFrog Artifactory. The role emphasizes aligning SBOM data with licensing and inventory sources to support compliance and risk identification.

The position is remote with flexible hours, offering opportunities to work across CMDB, licensing, entitlements, and reconciliation workflows under Agile practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ServiceNow development/configuration or related implementation work.
• Experience with ServiceNow SAM solutions and SBOM concepts.
• REST APIs, web services, JSON, XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, implement, and support SBOM data collection, processing, normalization, enrichment, and reporting.
• Create integrations across GitLab, JFrog Artifactory, ServiceNow SAM, Flexera, and other systems.
• Build processes to normalize software components and map to licenses, entitlements, and inventory.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and data-quality monitoring for SBOM processes.
• Collaborate with ITAM and ServiceNow Platform teams to align with standards.
