Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a ServiceNow SAM Developer to design and integrate SBOM solutions. The role focuses on collecting, normalizing, and reporting SBOM data, building SAM capabilities in ServiceNow, and creating cross-tool integrations with GitLab and JFrog Artifactory.

You will work remotely, collaborate with ITAM and Platform teams, and apply Agile practices to deliver reliable solutions with strong data quality, licensing awareness, and compliance controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ServiceNow development/configuration, SAM or related implementation work.
• Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow SAM solutions.
• SBOM understanding and software component management.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, workflows, scripts, automation, and data processing.
• Experience with Jira and Agile development practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, implement, and support SBOM data collection, processing, normalization, enrichment, integration, and reporting.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions, user stories, and tasks.
• Develop integrations between GitLab, JFrog Artifactory, ServiceNow SAM, Flexera, and others.
• Normalize software components and associate with applications and records.
• Correlate SBOM data with license, entitlement, and inventory data for compliance.
• Support CycloneDX and SPDX formats and related standards.
• Develop dashboards, data-quality monitoring, and exception handling for SBOM processes.
• Troubleshoot integration and data-quality issues.
• Maintain ServiceNow SAM SBOM module following best practices.
