Eliassen Group is seeking a ServiceNow SAM Developer to build SBOM integrations and capabilities, unifying data from licensing, entitlements, and inventory sources. You will create cross-tool integrations (GitLab, JFrog Artifactory) and align SBOM data with compliance requirements in a remote, contract role.

The position emphasizes SBOM processing, reporting, and lifecycle management within ServiceNow SAM, with an emphasis on Agile delivery and API-driven automation.

Competenze

• 5+ years in ServiceNow development/configuration, SAM, or related implementation work.
• Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow SAM solutions.
• Understanding of SBOMs and software component management.

Mansioni

• Develop, test, implement, and support SBOM data collection and reporting solutions.
• Translate requirements into technical requirements, user stories, and tasks.
• Develop integrations between GitLab, JFrog Artifactory, ServiceNow SAM, and other tools.
• Normalize software components and link them to applications and records.
• Correlate SBOM data with license, entitlement, and inventory data.
• Support CycloneDX and SPDX formats (CVE, CPE, PURL).
• Develop dashboards, data-quality monitoring, and exception handling for SBOM processes.
• Troubleshoot data-quality and integration issues.
• Maintain ServiceNow SAM SBOM module following best practices.
• Collaborate with ITAM Solutions and ServiceNow Platform teams to ensure alignment.
• Review ServiceNow releases and support SAMSBOM enhancements.
• Use Jira/Agile to manage tasks, stories, defects, testing, and delivery.
• Perform developer/unit testing and support UAT.
• Maintain technical docs and change/deploy processes.
• Support implementation, knowledge transfer, and production validation.
• Manage multiple development activities and after-hours deployments.
