Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a skilled ServiceNow SAM specialist to develop and integrate SBOM solutions, aligning data with licensing and inventory sources. The role includes building SBOM capabilities across tools like GitLab and JFrog Artifactory and delivering compliant, auditable data processes.

You will work remotely with Agile practices, manage multiple development activities, and contribute to reporting, dashboards, and data-quality monitoring to support licensing and risk identification.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ServiceNow development and SAM.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, workflows, and data processing.
• Experience with Jira and Agile development practices.
• Knowledge of SBOM concepts and software licensing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and support SBOM data collection and reporting.
• Build integrations between GitLab, JFrog Artifactory, and ServiceNow SAM.
• Normalize software components and map to licenses and entitlements.
• Create dashboards and data-quality monitoring for SBOM processes.
• Collaborate with ITAM Solutions and ServiceNow Platform teams.
