Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a ServiceNow SAM Developer to build SBOM integrations and SAM capabilities for enterprise environments. This remote role focuses on integrating SBOM data across toolchains such as GitLab and JFrog Artifactory and aligning licensing, entitlements, and inventory sources for compliance and risk identification.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in ServiceNow development, strong API/integration skills, and experience with REST/JSON/XML, Jira, and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ServiceNow development/configuration, Software Asset Management, or related work.
• Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow SAM solutions.
• Understanding of SBOMs and software component management.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, workflows, scripts, automation, and data processing.
• Experience with ServiceNow Request Management, Service Catalog, RITMs, approvals, workflows, and fulfillment processes.
• REST APIs, web services, JSON, XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, implement, and support SBOM data collection, processing, normalization, and reporting.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions and work items.
• Develop integrations between GitLab, JFrog Artifactory, ServiceNow SAM, and other systems.
• Identify and normalize software components and associate with applications and records.
• Correlate SBOM data with license, entitlement, and inventory data for compliance and risk identification.
• Support CycloneDX and SPDX formats and related standards.
