Job summary

TTEC Digital is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to join our technology consulting delivery team. You will own the delivery of ServiceNow engagements across modules, manage schedules, budgets, and resources, and coordinate cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

The role requires 3–6 years in technology delivery, experience with NowCreate, and strong English communication. US business hours overlap is expected to support global clients.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of project management, technology delivery, or professional services experience.
• Experience managing ServiceNow projects across ITSM/ITOM/SCM/FSM/HRSD/GRC.
• Experience with Agile and Hybrid Agile delivery.
• Familiarity with NowCreate methodology.
• Experience developing and managing project schedules, resources, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of ServiceNow projects across modules.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate teams using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methods.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and forecasts to ensure delivery.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes.
• Provide regular status reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Facilitate governance sessions and cross-functional collaborations.
• Support testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Drive delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
