Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. seeks a ServiceNow Process Architect to lead advisory engagements and hands-on implementation across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, and CSM. You will map business needs to platform capabilities, design roadmaps, and drive governance and automation initiatives.

Remote-friendly role with occasional travel; craft proposals, SOWs, and deliver value to top-tier clients while mentoring teams and ensuring best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple modules.
• Proven track record in advisory consulting and technical delivery.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, workflows and integrations.
• Experience in proposal writing, SOW creation, and client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements to assess current ServiceNow capabilities and define future-state process and platform strategies.
• Develop platform roadmaps aligned with business goals and technical priorities.
• Conduct business value assessments and recommend adoption strategies across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, and CSM.
• Design and implement governance models, KPIs, and process improvement frameworks.
• Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and drive consensus on solution design and implementation plans.
• Apply deep business process knowledge to map client needs to ServiceNow capabilities and identify automation opportunities.
