NTT DATA is seeking a ServiceNow Digital Architecture Presales Senior Manager to join our Plano, TX team with remote work options and occasional travel. You will lead cross‑platform pre‑sales efforts, shape solution strategy, and collaborate with GTM, delivery, and partners to drive enterprise value.

The role requires 6–8 years in pre‑sales, deep ServiceNow expertise, and exceptional communication to engage C‑suite stakeholders and drive complex, multi‑industry deals.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of pre‑sales consulting experience for global enterprises within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Proven expertise in complex, cross‑industry deals: discovery through close, executive storytelling, solution governance.
• Deep hands‑on understanding of ServiceNow AI capabilities (Now Assist, Generative AI Controller, AI Search) and cross‑platform architecture.
• Excellence in value‑based solutioning, value journey creation (TCO/ROI), and outcome‑centric road mapping.
• Experience creating offerings (pricing/packaging, enablement assets) and running integrated campaigns with GTM, marketing and partners.
• Proven ServiceNow partner/SI ecosystem experience (co‑sell, co‑market, and delivery alignment with ServiceNow).
• Exceptional communication, problem solving, and design thinking skills; comfortable leading C‑suite conversations and technical deep dives.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• Certification: Pre‑sales accreditation, CTA, CSA, CIS (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, IRM)

Responsabilités

• Lead pre‑sales leadership & deal strategy for complex multi‑industry pursuits and establish win themes by verticals.
• Create an end‑to‑value map and orchestrate solution pursuit with product experts, architects, GTM, and delivery leaders.
• Own the technical/solution design narrative across discovery, PoVs/PoCs, solution reviews, and defense.
• Design end‑to‑end solution architecture leveraging ServiceNow AI across Now Assist, AI Search, Process Optimization, and predictive intelligence.
• Define an integrated platform strategy across cloud, identity, observability, cybersecurity, and enterprise apps.
• Balance configuration vs. customization, performance, security, and data governance; outline tradeoffs and roadmap implications.
• Support pricing strategies and resource planning for engagement phases.
• Lead value discovery tailored to industry; translate pain points into value hypotheses and defendable ROI/TCO tied to client KPIs.
• Prototype user‑centric experiences across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM/GRC, SecOps, ITOM/CMDB, App Engine and industry workflows.
• Create/evolve ServiceNow offerings (pricing/packaging, accelerators, reference architectures) with clear value propositions, and delivery approach.
• Build enablement assets (demo scripts, discovery guides, scoping templates, value calculators, customer stories).
