Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a ServiceNow Leader/Delivery Executive to provide expert advice for implementing or enhancing ServiceNow solutions. You will collaborate with clients, Technical Architects, and process teams to develop strategic roadmaps in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The role requires strong hands-on ServiceNow experience and leadership in consulting or delivery, with opportunities to influence product/platform roadmaps while working remotely across US locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands on ServiceNow experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Consulting, Project Management, Technical Delivery and/or Delivery Leadership roles.
• Certification (not mandatory, preferred) in ITAM, ITBM, APM, SPM, WSD, CSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, IRM, ITSM, Service Portal (UX Design).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand detailed business requirements and map to software solutions.
• Assist in developing and supporting software applications.
• Provide expertise with development methodologies and standards for analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and implementation.
• Assist in designing and implementing new functionality and enhancements to the software product.
• Prepare high-level design documents based on project requirements.
• Evaluate business requirements and document business cases.
• Partner with project leadership to identify efficiencies and roadmaps.
• Assist/review training materials and participate in client fulfillers training sessions
