Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join our team in a remote-capable role in the United States. You will lead client engagements from discovery through delivery, applying strong business analysis and process consulting skills to optimize ServiceNow implementations.

In this role, you will facilitate workshops, map end-to-end processes, and ensure stakeholder alignment across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of ServiceNow consulting experience across multiple modules.
• 5+ years of business analysis including requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Proven ability to facilitate client workshops and translate needs into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional discovery sessions and process workshops for client-specific solutions.
• Advise on ServiceNow best practices across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM and other modules.
• Develop process workflows, client-facing collateral and training materials.
