Hitachi Digital Services, based in Dallas, is seeking a ServiceNow Pre-Sales Engineer to partner with Sales and deliver solution demonstrations, POCs, and compelling proposals. The role focuses on aligning ServiceNow capabilities with customer objectives and driving revenue through strategic pursuits.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong communication skills, and a network of ServiceNow professionals. This is a hybrid role in the Dallas area.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting, implementation, solutioning, or pre-sales.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and use cases.
• Experience creating solution proposals and customer presentations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support sales teams through the opportunity lifecycle.
• Lead customer discovery to capture business challenges.
• Develop ServiceNow solution strategies aligned with goals.
• Deliver product demos, POCs, and executive presentations.
• Create solution architectures, estimates, and technical responses.
• Assist in RFP, RFI, RFQ responses.
• Build business cases, ROI models, and value realizations.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure viable solutions.
• Translate challenges into measurable business outcomes with ServiceNow.
• Engage CIOs/CTOs and execs to align tech with goals.
• Position ServiceNow AI, automation, and workflows for transformation.
• Support expansion opportunities in existing accounts.
