Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Developer for a 100% remote, U.S.-based role. This full-time, direct W-2 position offers $125,000–$140,000 annually and requires 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

The ideal candidate will design and build ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps with workflows, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP integrations, and UI customization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Five or more years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6 patterns used in ServiceNow.
• Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Hands‑on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
• Experience with Service Portal widget development.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
• Configure and develop using workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, and UI customization.
• Ensure platform upgrade safety, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver production-ready solutions.
• Maintain documentation and follow best practices for clean configurations.
