Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design, governance, and long-term evolution of our ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom apps. This role requires deep platform mastery and enterprise architecture judgment to drive standards for data, integration, security, and customization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, including architecture or technical leadership.
• Expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and GRC.
• Lead architecture reviews, platform governance, and release management.
• Define CMDB strategy, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data quality standards.
• Design integrations using IntegrationHub, MID Servers, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Implement platform security, ACLs, role-based access, and governance best practices.
• Drive platform performance, scalability, upgrades, and health improvements.
• Establish workflow and Flow Designer standards while minimizing customizations.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Mentor developers and administrators and maintain architecture documentation.
