Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams and drive ITSM implementations for clients across the United States. You’ll translate business requirements into technical specs while mentoring a multi-disciplinary team, including offshore resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS/IS/Engineering or similar field.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification, plus at least one of the listed certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITSM project delivery, including design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources, including offshore staff.
• Build and maintain client relationships and demonstrate EY service value.
