Job summary

ICF's Digital Modernization division seeks a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to identify, analyze, and manage business and technical requirements for federal government projects.

You will gather requirements, translate them into user stories and specs, and work with ServiceNow developers, architects, admins, and QA during implementations. The role also supports Agile ceremonies and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 4+ years as a Business Analyst in fast-paced client delivery environments.
• 4+ years in Agile development (Scrum, Kanban).
• 4+ years facilitating requirements gatherings and JAD sessions.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• 1+ year with ServiceNow platform capabilities and workflows.
• U.S. citizenship or Green Card required; united states work performed.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust with government.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, workflows, and specs.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, architects, admins, and QA.
• Manage requirements and run collaborative sessions using ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using best practices.
• Create and maintain BRDs, process flows, SOPs, and training materials.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Facilitate workshops, demos, and UAT with business users.
• Provide end-user support and training as needed.
