Job summary

ICF is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to support ServiceNow delivery for enterprise modernization in a federal environment. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, document current and future processes, and help Agile teams from discovery through release.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, developers, testers, and leads to ensure well-structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceable priorities, while maintaining a shared understanding

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
3+ years in a Business Analyst role supporting software/workflow/enterprise systems.
1+ years supporting ServiceNow or similar platform.

Responsibilities

Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
Document requirements as user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
Analyze current-state workflows to identify automation and improvements.
Support ServiceNow configuration by clarifying business rules and workflow logic.
Collaborate with developers and testers to clarify requirements and test cases.
Maintain backlog items and documentation in Agile tools.
Coordinate with stakeholders for releases, validation, and readiness.
Communicate decisions and status across delivery, operations and customers.
Identify gaps and risks and elevate unresolved items.
