Fyerx is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM ITAM Business Analyst for a remote engagement. You will gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into BRDs, FRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria, and support ITOM/ITAM deployments.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and architects to translate requirements into functional solutions, assist with UAT, defect management, and documentation, and help optimize IT operations and asset management processes in a fully

Competenze

4+ years of total and relevant experience in ServiceNow ITOM/ITAM business analysis or related ServiceNow functional roles.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITOM.
Good knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM.

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM initiatives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand existing IT operations and asset management processes.
