Job summary

TEKsystems Global Services in Hanover, MD seeks an experienced Business Analyst to translate complex business processes into technical specifications and work within SDLC/Agile teams.

You will lead requirements, support ServiceNow ITSM/ITBM/ITOM, coordinate UAT, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable technology solutions across multiple projects while balancing team priorities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a business analyst.
• 5+ years in professional services.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow experience with ITSM/ITBM/ITOM and dashboards.
• Understanding of business rules, UI actions, data policies, and form/list views.
• Strong communication and ability to translate processes into technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Develop business requirements, process flows, and test plans per ServiceNow best practices.
• Support QA and coordinate UAT sessions with stakeholders.
• Lead scrum ceremonies and participate in planning, backlogs, and sprints.
• Collaborate with end users to resolve ServiceNow issues and deliver solutions.
• Balance multiple projects and coach team members as needed.
