Job summary

Charter Global is seeking a Developer for a remote, 23-week assignment focusing on ServiceNow ITOM. The contract requires CSA + CIS certifications and hands-on work across the asset lifecycle, CMDB rebuild, and discovery integration.

Work includes installing MID Servers, configuring Discovery for servers and network devices, and implementing release work with ATF regression coverage. Onshore US-only engagement with flexible remote options.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM and asset management workflows.
• Ability to configure HAM Pro and build asset lifecycle state models.
• Experience building CMDB services and reconciliation rules.

Responsibilities

• Configure HAM Pro and build asset lifecycle state model with retirement.
• Install and configure MID Servers at both sites and build Discovery schedules.
• Execute CMDB rebuild and retire known-bad records; enforce reconciliation rules.
