Job summary

Platform 6 Ltd seeks a remote, experienced ServiceNow Lead ITOM / AIOps Technical Consultant/Architect for a 3-month contract. Part-time (about 30 hours/week) role based in the USA or EMEA. You will handle AIOps, configuration, event management, metric intelligence, health log analytics, CMDB, service mapping and root cause analysis.

Applicants should bring 5+ years in ServiceNow, ITOM, AIOps and multiple certifications (CSA/CAD/CIS). Rate negotiable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• ITOM is essential.
• AIOps is essential.
• Knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Excellent communication or consultancy skills.
• Three or more ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) required.

Responsibilities

• Involved in AIOps configurations, event management, metric intelligence and health log analytics.
