Qualifications

- Ability to develop and maintain custom Discovery Patterns.
- Expertise in Service Mapping configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Experience with MID Servers, Discovery Agents, and ITOM components.
- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and customizations.
