Job summary

TriluxTech is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow ITAM Developer to lead HAM Pro and SAM Pro implementations remotely. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of Dev experience and a track record of configuring, customizing, integrating, and supporting ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro.

You will design asset lifecycle workflows, model normalization, software licensing, CMDB/Discovery integrations, and automation. Strong scripting, Flow Designer, and Reporting skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on HAM Pro and SAM Pro implementation.
• Experience configuring, integrating, and supporting HAM Pro and SAM Pro.
• Strong CMDB/Discovery integration and data reconciliation.
• Proficiency with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and maintain HAM Pro and SAM Pro.
• Develop HAM Workspace and SAM Workspace functionality.
• Configure asset and software lifecycle workflows and playbooks.
• Configure and maintain hardware/software models, normalization rules, asset records, entitlements, contracts, and catalogs.
• Customize out-of-box functionality where required while following ServiceNow development best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across HAM Pro, SAM Pro, CMDB, and related ServiceNow modules.
