Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, governance, and long-term evolution of the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom applications.

The ideal candidate will have enterprise-scale ServiceNow experience, strong influence with engineering, business, and executives, and hands-on expertise in data modelling, security, and integrations. This fully remote, direct W2 role offers significant growth opportunities and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required in CS/IS or related field.
• Eight+ years of ServiceNow experience with architecture/leadership.
• Deep expertise across ServiceNow modules and data model.
• Hands-on with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and complex integrations.
• Experience designing CMDB, discovery and service mapping.
• Security, ACLs, and role design at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, governance, and long-term evolution of the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom apps.
• Shape multi-year roadmaps and establish standards for data, integration, and security to keep the platform scalable and aligned with business priorities.
