Job summary

CDW is seeking a Managing Advisory Consultant - ServiceNow Integration Solution Architect to deliver strategic consulting across technology, risk, and business transformation. You will assess environments, identify opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations aligned to business objectives.

You will lead engagements, design secure integration patterns, create executive-level roadmaps, and mentor junior staff while contributing to business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of advisory consulting experience across ServiceNow or business environments OR 9+ years of experience.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, data architecture, workflow integration, security, and source systems.
• Experience designing secure, scalable ServiceNow integration patterns across enterprise environments.
• Business process understanding with ability to translate needs into architecture recommendations.
• ServiceNow architect-level credentials with integration experience across multiple modules.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advisory and consulting services aligned to client objectives and technology strategies.
• Lead client engagements, ensure high-quality deliverables and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Design and implement client-focused integration solutions leveraging APIs and orchestration.
