Bright Vision Technologies seeks a ServiceNow Solutions Architect to lead design, governance, and the long-term evolution of our ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom applications. You will define standards for data, integration, security, and customization, ensuring scalability and alignment with business priorities.

The ideal candidate has enterprise-scale experience and can influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, IS, or related field.
• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience with architecture/leadership.
• Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Strong knowledge of data model, scripting, scoped apps, and platform internals.
• Hands-on IntegrationHub and REST APIs experience.
• Experience designing CMDB, discovery, and service mapping.
• Security, ACLs, and role design at scale.
• Experience leading upgrades and release planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• ServiceNow CTA/CIS/CSA certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, governance, and long-term evolution of our ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom apps.
• Drive standards for data, integration, security, and customization.
• Shape multi-year roadmaps and influence engineering, business, and executive stakeholders.
