Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Developer for a remote contract role. You will design, configure, and optimize HRSD capabilities including Employee Center, Case & Knowledge Management, and AI-powered experiences.

Expect collaboration with HR, IT, and enterprise teams to deliver scalable HR technology solutions. The role requires 5+ years of ServiceNow development and 3+ years in HRSD, with Workday integration experience and strong JavaScript proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow HRSD experience.
• Expertise in Employee Center, HR Case Management, Employee Relations, Knowledge Management, HR Catalogs, and Lifecycle Events.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday or other HCM platforms.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and support ServiceNow HRSD applications and modules.
• Build and enhance HR case management workflows, lifecycle events, employee journeys, and service catalog experiences.
• Develop custom applications, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, ACLs, and integrations.
• Configure Employee Center, HR Agent Workspace, Knowledge Management, Employee Relations, and HR Service Catalog offerings.
• Create and maintain scalable development standards and technical documentation.
• Implement and optimize ServiceNow AI capabilities for HR and self-service experiences.
• Design intelligent workflow automation to improve employee experience and reduce manual effort.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify AI-driven enhancement opportunities.
• Develop and support integrations with Workday and other platforms.
• Create and maintain integration patterns using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and APIs.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and integration teams for secure solutions.
