Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a remote ServiceNow HRSD Developer to support HR technology and employee experience initiatives. This contract role focuses on configuring, developing, and optimizing HRSD capabilities—Employee Center, Case Management, Knowledge Management, and AI-powered features—with strong Workday integration experience.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of ServiceNow development and 3+ years of HRSD experience, strong JavaScript skills, and agile delivery experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on HRSD experience.
• Expertise in Employee Center, HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, HR Catalogs, and Lifecycle Events.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday or other HCM platforms.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Preferred certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-HR.
• Experience with Now Assist, AI features, Virtual Agent, and Employee Experience solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and support ServiceNow HRSD applications and modules.
• Build and enhance HR case management workflows, lifecycle events, and service catalog experiences.
• Develop custom applications, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, ACLs, and integrations.
• Configure Employee Center, HR Agent Workspace, Knowledge Management, Employee Relations, and HR Service Catalog offerings.
• Create and maintain scalable development standards and documentation.
• Implement and optimize Now Assist for HR and related AI capabilities.
• Design intelligent workflow automation to improve employee experience and reduce manual effort.
• Develop and support integrations with Workday and other enterprise platforms.
• Create integration patterns using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and APIs.
