Eliassen Group is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Developer for a remote contract engagement in the United States. The role focuses on designing and delivering HRSD capabilities, including Employee Center, Case Management, Knowledge, and AI-powered experiences, with integration to Workday and other systems.

Responsibilities include configuring, developing, and supporting HRSD modules, building scalable automation, and collaborating with HR product managers and enterprise architects.

Competenze

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on HRSD experience.
• Expertise in Employee Center, HR Case Management, Knowledge Management.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday or other HCM platforms.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Preferred CSA, CAD, CIS-HR certifications.
• Experience with Now Assist and AI features.

Mansioni

• Configure, develop, and support ServiceNow HRSD applications and modules.
• Build and enhance HR case management workflows, lifecycle events, and service catalog experiences.
• Develop custom applications, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, ACLs, and integrations.
• Configure Employee Center, HR Agent Workspace, Knowledge Management, Employee Relations, and HR Service Catalog offerings.
• Create and maintain scalable, reusable development standards and technical documentation.
• Implement and optimize Now Assist for HR and AI-powered experiences.
• Design intelligent workflow automation to improve employee experience and reduce manual effort.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify AI-driven enhancement opportunities.
• Develop and support integrations with Workday and other enterprise systems.
• Create and maintain integration patterns using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and APIs.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and integration teams for secure solutions.
• Support future-state architecture planning and platform optimization initiatives.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to workflows, security, portals, integrations, reporting, and performance.
• Improve HRSD capabilities based on user feedback and adoption metrics.
• Support platform upgrades, code reviews, and development best practices.
• Participate in design reviews, testing strategies, UAT, deployments, and transition to support.
